GUIDELINE OF BUILDING OVERSEAS PRODUCTION LINE/FACTORY
1. Layout design for production workshop; medical standard of workshop is a must and other facilities shall also meet the requirements/laws of local government.
2. Plan timeline for building production line/factory as well as importing all necessary items.
3. Preparing infrastructure. Customer starts building the manufacturing base while CENTURIAL MED prepares catheter machines, special moulds, raw materials, and other necessary facilities etc.

4. QC inspection is carried out by CENTURIAL MED for each item's production.
5. Commissioning and testing is inspected for all machines and moulds for guaranteeing 100% performance when they are shipped and installed in site.
6. Packing and loading is inspected for secure & fast shipment delivery.

7. Post-sales technical support and training is provided (engineers and technicians will be sent to site based on paid-service that agreed between customer and CENTURIAL MED).
1). On-line technical guidance for testing/commissioning/installation/material etc is provided whenever is needed. 
2). Paid after-sales service is optional by sending know-how engineers/technicians to your site for scheduled instruction and training; specific cost needs to be quoted after in-depth discussion between both parties due to the pandemic situation.
3). Step-by-step technical service manual & photos & videos are made according to specific details of the site and manufacturing solution that designed so as to guarantee 100% turn-key solution.
